Summary of the Jujutsu Kaisen season 1
The story moves around Yuji Itadori, a high school student known for his exceptional physical strength. Everything changes when his school club stumbles upon a cursed object, Ryomen Sakuna’s finger—unintentionally releasing the curse on them.
To save his friends from the curse’s attack, Yuji swallows the cursed object and becomes the host of Sakuna, a powerful curse. but he gains exceptional power. This act marks him for the Jujutsu World.But somehow Satoru Gojo, one of the strogest Jujutsu socerers, offers Yuji a deal, postponing his execution if he collects all his fingers and destroys them completely.
Yuji enrols in Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College, where he trains alongside fellow first-year students. Together, they (Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugiaski) confront powerful curses, go through dangerous missions, and uncover the larger conspiracy threatning the world.
Through out the season, Yuji fights against the cursed spirits and learns how to control his new-found powers and moral support of taking lives. The emotions lie behind Yuji’s heart while fighting curses and keeping the others protected.
Key characters in Jujutsu Kaisen season 1
- Yuji Itadori: The main character of the story who becomes Sakuna’s vessel. Despite his power, he loves people, takes care of them, and fights for them.
- Satoru Gojo: Yuji’s mentor and the most powerful Jujutsu socerer, known for his playful nature and amazing combat skills.
- Megumi FushiGuro: a clm and strategic socerers with the ability to summon shikigami (spiritual familiars).

- Ryomen Sakuna: The main antagonist of the story who is trapped inside Yuji’s body. He is a very powerful curse with a mysterious past.
